Ordering and Payment
Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including:
- Product unavailability
- Errors in pricing or product information
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Customer ban for policy violations
Pricing
- All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳)
- Prices include VAT where applicable
- Delivery fees are additional
- We reserve the right to change prices without notice
- Confirmed order prices will not change

Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across Bangladesh with different zones:
- Inside Dhaka: 2-3 business days
- Outside Dhaka: 3-5 business days
Delivery Fees
- Inside Dhaka: ৳60
- Outside Dhaka: ৳120
- Free delivery on orders above ৳2,000
Delivery Terms
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
- Delays due to weather or unforeseen circumstances are not our responsibility
- Customer must be available to receive delivery
- Failed deliveries due to wrong address may incur re-delivery charges

User Conduct
You agree not to:
